For a question or dispute about a bill payment or digital payment made through the assistant, email us with the transaction date, amount, and reference/transaction ID. See our Refund & Return Policy for how failed and disputed payments are handled.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Me tab inside the app. If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] with your registered phone number and we will help.
