Magic Agent — Shipping Policy

Magic is a digital-only service. We do not sell, deliver, or ship any physical goods, so no shipping or delivery charges ever apply.

1. Digital Delivery

All of Magic's features are delivered electronically through the mobile app and web service. When you sign up, access is granted to your account instantly — there is no waiting period and nothing is dispatched by post or courier.

2. Bill Payments & Digital Payments

Bill payments, recharges, and other digital payments you make through the assistant are fulfilled electronically and in real time — there is nothing to ship. Once a payment is completed, a confirmation and payment reference are shown to you in the app.

3. No Physical Shipment

Because the service is entirely software-based, there are no physical packages, tracking numbers, courier deliveries, or shipping fees associated with your use of Magic.

4. Accessing the Service

You can use Magic on any supported device by signing in to your account. If a payment confirmation or any part of the service does not appear as expected, please contact us so we can resolve it promptly.
